The "Sunshine State" is in our rearview mirror and now we have Georgia on our Mind. Before departing for points north we got in a round of golf at MacDill AFB and another spring training baseball game. See the scoreboard.....Happy Fans! Jays went on to win 13-3!
After scrounging a couple of meals off my aunt and uncle, it was out turn to play host. On Tuesday, Aunt Anne and Uncle Randall made the trek from Gulfport to our campsite in Largo. They got to meet our puppies and we had a nice lunch. We'll see them again when we're in Newfoundland this summer. Perhaps a steak at the cabin (hint, hint).
The campground in Georgia ia very picturesque. We're situated on the shores of Lake Oconee, one of the largest lakes in Georgia. The park has a train theme; the cabooses have been configured into cabins that can be rented. Great place if you have a boat as there are piers adjacent to the indiviaul campsites. Last night we went to a fish fry, followed by a dance with a live band.

Happy Anniversary!!!! We celebrated ours with takeout Chinese food from the new Chinese restaurant near the Costco called the Wok Box. Food was delicious, but like many things in this area, a bit over priced... those darn richies over in Linden Ridge!
It sounds like the weather is being better to you. After all the snow meling a week or more ago and temperatures around +8, it snowed here last night. Par for the course. Looking forward to really catching up this summer. Love you. Cindy, Kelly, Chris and Alex
Happy anniversary!! 29 years and you're both still smiling :) We are getting our bikes ready to use soon. We are itching to go out to camp. We bought an IKEA hide-a-bed to replace the one in the 5th. We didn't like the air mattress. So maybe on Monday we will take a trip out. Safe travels, Pat
